Not at all. Our Scaled Division is specifically designed for beginners and those returning to fitness. Lighter weights, less running, same race-day energy. If you can walk and lift, you can race.

Absolutely! InCharge HYROX Simulations are open events — open to all members and non-members of InCharge CrossFit. Registration is open to everyone in the community.

Yes! Spectators are welcome at no charge. The Family Edition is specifically designed to include younger athletes and families. Children participating in the Family Edition have age-appropriate modifications.

Yes, free parking is available at InCharge CrossFit. We recommend carpooling where possible as the car park fills quickly on race day. Public transport options are also listed on the event confirmation email.

RX follows the official HYROX open class standards with prescribed weights and full 1km running distances. Scaled uses lighter weights and reduced running distances to accommodate all fitness levels.

All timeslots at our events are set up as HYROX Doubles format — meaning you race with a partner. You can also sign up with a buddy. Doubles means shared reps, shared suffering, and twice the fun.

Your ticket includes your race entry, timing, a warm-up session, and access to the post-race area. Early bird registrations (before 10 April) also receive a free InCharge HYROX t-shirt and post-race meal.
